CAPOEIRA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Defining the goal
Capoeira Partners wanted a digital presence that felt as imaginative and energetic as their work, while still fitting within the expectations of a conservative financial consulting space.
Our shared goal was to design an experience that builds trust, tells their story clearly, and shows them as imaginative, inspiring, and authentic leaders, without losing credibility with more traditional audiences.

THE CHALLENGE
How to create a scalable bespoke web experience that balances creativity and motion without losing clarity or professionalism
My work involved extending the webflow build from a one page site to a multipage experience, implementing new design while ensuring scalability as content needs changed.
THE PROCESS
01
Design driven development
Worked closely with the design team to turn visual concepts and interactive prototypes into real interactions in Webflow, always prioritizing clarity and ease of use.
02
CMS implementation
Set up Webflow CMS Collections for the Jam Sessions archive so the team could add, organize, and filter speakers, moderators, and events without touching the layout.
03
Motion and interaction
Used motion carefully through changing photo containers, subtle parallax, and scroll-based animations to bring energy to the experience without making it feel overwhelming or distracting.
THE OUTCOMES
30+
Custom animations and interactive elements implemented
20+
CMS collection items for dynamic content management
15+
Optimized assets including Lottie animations and graphics
KEY FEATURES

Visual Identity Implementation
I translated Capoeira’s existing visual identity into a scalable Webflow build, extending the original one-page site into a multipage experience with new layouts, interactions, and reusable components.

Jam Sessions Archive
Dynamic CMS-powered page featuring filterable sections for speakers, moderators, and past events, ensuring project history is preserved and easily accessible.

Component-Based Design
Reusable patterns and classes across the website creating a cohesive and clean layout, enabling efficient updates and consistent user experience.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
This project showed how strong collaboration and reusable patterns can make a site easier to maintain and evolve.
Working side by side with designers to bring concepts into Webflow highlighted how much smoother a project runs when design and development stay closely aligned. Setting up CMS Collections gave the team a flexible way to grow their content over time without heavy technical support.
Positive feedback from Capoeira’s founder reinforced the idea that even conservative industries have room for imaginative, well crafted digital experiences. Future updates will continue to build out the Jam Sessions archive with richer filtering and more historical context.
